referrer - The "referrer" as defined in the MathML Recommendation. See getReferrer().

domain - The "domain" as defined in the MathML Recommendation. See getDomain().

uri - The "uri" as defined in the MathML Recommendation. See getReferrer().

Returns:

A new instance of this class.

Throws:

ParserConfigurationException - For errors getting a DOM Implementation.
